Native of Belfort from a difficult district, with for ambition to become an electrician, I had as hobby sculpturing the wood (recovery of hurdy-gurdies chairs intended for the tragic end).
Self-taught, this passion in which I took refuge to photograph in the material(stone, wood, earth) as well as the chances of my life, was going to make of me a sculptor.
